Greco WDMS (Work Deployment Management System)

WDMS is an application designed to create projects, deploy labor, manage projects, create tasks for individuals or groups, manage completion, manage resources, automate help desks, track time and expense to projects, tasks, or events, manage a sales process, manage a sales force's completion of tasks in the sales process, interface with vendor databases, interface with accounting ERP software, create an environment for multiple users to communicate on multiple levels about work or project status, and adapt to a variety of industries, often replacing the need for other software solutions.

For example using WDMS, managers can assign tasks and projects to employees, or  enable employees to assign work to themselves.  Work assigned and deployed can be related to customer accounts for cost tracking and billing purposes.  Different workflow categories can be established to satisfy the requirements of various business practices including one time and recurring projects, special and recurring events, day-to-day tasks, work orders, technical issues, trouble tickets, complaints, etc.

Tasks can then be assigned that represent work that needs to be completed by an assigned employee or group of employees.  Initiatives, or actual work events, are booked against that matter until the work assigned is complete.  With WDMS, as employees work through initiatives associated with matters, material and reimbursable expenses can be associated with the work so that accurate budget management and billing is achieved.  Projects and project segments have both time and financial budgets that are linked so that real time budget status reporting is available.

WDMS's Invoicing and Cash Receipts modules are available for invoicing of time and materials.  Invoicing parameters such as terms, project-billing type, internal billing, and invoice types are managed through Invoicing and Accounts Management modules.

A sophisticated notification system, which notifies all selected individuals associated with a matter and its related initiatives, has been integrated into
WDMS.  Notification levels are available and may be specified based on various parameters.  When an event or change has occurred against a matter or initiative, e-mail (SMTP) and/or ICQ notifications are sent to the required recipients.  Recipient information is maintained in a contact database provided within the Account Management Module.  WDMS will notify employees and management for example if a deadline has been met.  This saves your management team valuable time by not having to continuously track down the status of assigned work.  WDMS acts as a work prioritizing tool for the individual responsible for the task,  notifying involved parties when the matter has been partially or fully completed.

WDMS is a web-based application.  This eliminates the laborious task of multiple workstation installations and upgrades.  It also makes on-site administration a non-issue.  WDMS is a powerful tool allowing simple remote access through wireless networks, and wireless devices of all kind.
